Services

Still Committed to providing a comprehensive array of services that reflect and restore hope in persons living with behavioral health challenges.

Targeted Case Management Services (adults & children) :

These are specialized programs that help children, youth, (from birth through age 21) and adults with behavioral health, developmental, or chronic medical needs coordinate and access necessary services. Case managers meet with clients once or twice per month, depending on need, and supports client by assessing their needs, creating a plan, connecting families to resources, and collaborating with other providers. We accept Mainecare recipients.​

Rehabilitative and Community Support Services (RCS) :

These are home, community and school based behavioral health services designed for children or youth (up to the age of 21) with development delays, including: autism, intellectual disability and developmental disability. A behavioral health professional (BHP) works one- on -one with the child in the home, community or school on behavioral management, communication, community interactions, daily living skills and socialization through the child’s individualized plan. We accept Mainecare recipients.​​

Outpatient Services (Counseling):

These are services delivered by licensed mental health professionals, who work with clients on developing healthy copings, healthy relationships and a healthier life for themselves. We accept Mainecare recipients.

Home and Community Benefits (HCB) for the Elderly and for Adults with Disabilities:

These are in-home personal care and other services, designed as a package, to assist clients to remain in their homes, or other residential community settings, and thereby avoid or delay institutional nursing facility care. (Ex: laundry, bathing, dressing, shopping, medication reminder, etc.). We accept Mainecare recipients.

Companion services (coming soon!):

​These are companionship care services that provides social and emotional support to elderly individuals to prevent loneliness and isolation by offering companionship, social activities, and assistance with daily tasks like light housekeeping and errands. This service focuses on emotional well-being, ensuring safety through supervision, and promoting engagement through conversation, hobbies, and community activities. Unlike personal care, it does not involve "hands-on" medical or personal care tasks like bathing or feeding. This service is solely a non-medical service focused on enriching a person's quality of life while they remain in the comfort of their home. This is a private pay service.
