Intake & Referrals

We currently accept MaineCare.

Referral Process:

• Upon receiving your referral form, we will contact you to complete a prescreening over the phone.

• We will answer any questions you have and with your consent proceed to complete an intake with full assessment.

• We will then connect you with a community care specialist/mental health professional who will work with you to explore your goals and create your individualized treatment/ service plan.
